Creative Commons clarification for my work

I have started to put a 'creative commons' image tag on my website and i will get rid of all copyright notions over time.

The license is as follows : http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/3.0/

It's one of the more strict licenses currently offered under the CC system. Not because i'm strict, but because the CC system is (although its a step in the right direction), far from complete. The real license i'd like to have doesn't really exist. Hence this clarification.
According to the link above, if you get your hands on a copy of anything i have made (legal or not, free or not), you are free to make copies and share them, as long as you do not charge for it or gain money from it and you do not claim that the art is yours. If you insist on getting art for free, stick with the legal means, not only for your own sake but also as a sign of respect. Over time i will make all my works available for free, so there will be no reason for anyone to ever having to resort to illegal means to have acces to my works.

The 'No Derivative Works' entry has to be taken with a grain of salt. If you want to make something based on something i made or want to use part of it in your work, that's fine. I just want to know it upfront. This is because i restrict myself to certain rules when it comes to morale and good taste. Based on that might not allow someone to use my work for something i believe to be morally unacceptable.
Covers without major changes to the score are no problem. Same deal with playing them live. Putting them on a commercial CD as part of an album is okay as long as these covers only make up a small part of the entire album and as long as the original author/composer is mentioned.

In the end i don't really need the CC sign nor the copyright sign on my site. I do this mostly to make a statement against the current copyright laws. On the other hand i do like to make clear that although i provide my art for free and tell people that they're free to share it and use it, they also have to respect this idea of free art.
If this was a perfect world and if mankind had even the smallest bit of intelligence, i wouldn't have to say all this. Instead, there are people who will do everything to gain more wealth and i do not want anything i made to be used in such a manner.

Royalties : at no time ever should you pay anyone (other than me, if you insist) royalties for my works. There are no performing rights organisations i'm connected to, if anyone claims to be acting on my behalf, ask them to prove it and ask me about it as well to confirm.
