| | HOW TO ORDER « Thread Started on May 25, 2006, 8:19am » | |
These 'rules' are in place to make sure the ordering process is painless and quick. In case you experience problems or delays, this topic might offer solutions or info. You can always email me or send me a message on the forum if you have questions.
1. Decide what items you want from the NULLL store. 2. Send me an email with the list of items you want, as well as your preferred payment option and any p&p details. 3. I'll confirm the order and tell you how much it'll cost you. 4. Payment. 5. Order will be sent. 6. Aftermath.
1+2 - YOUR ORDER : The reason why i want an email upfront is to make sure everything is still available as the store doesn't get updated real-time and also to make sure the total cost is calculated correctly. Some people send money right away without waiting for confirmation and in some cases you can get away with it, especially with items of which i still have alot in stock. However, some people figured it'd be funny to send the total amount required for the CDs+p&p minus 1 or 0.50 euros. This will no longer work. In such case i will send you an email stating the total cost and until you update your payment your order will not be fullfilled (or only partially).
3. - CONFIRMATION - i will send you an email telling you wether or not everything is in stock, how much it will cost and how you can pay.
4. - PAYMENT - Several payment options are available : cash in a letter : at your own risk. Sending already damaged letters or only putting a part of the cash you owe NULLL in the letter won't work anymore as i don't take any responsability. You will be notified asap if there's trouble. Until payment is complete nothing will be sent out (there might be a partial shipment if i only received partial payment in some cases). banc transfer : the safest way. Takes 5-7 weekdays for the money to reach my account so it might take a bit longer for your order to become confirmed. Depending on your banc, there might be fees involved in paying this way. paypal : the fastest/easiest way and pretty safe as well. I get an email from paypal the moment the cash reaches my account, so i can confirm the order quite quickly. People abusing the 'dispute' option PayPal offers to try and get free CDs will not get anything and most likely will never be allowed to pay for NULLL orders through Paypal again. western union : in most cases i will NOT accept WU payments cos the closest WU office is in another town and i don't feel like travelling there. I understand that the other 3 options may not be available to everyone, so as a last resort i might allow you to send payment through WU.
In all cases, if payment takes longer than 30 days to reach me, the items you ordered will no longer be put aside for you and you risk losing out on items with limited availability.
5. SENDING YOUR ORDER - once i have your payment, your package will be delivered to the postal office and my job is done. I can't be held responsible for anything that happens to your package after i deliver it. I make sure that all NULLL CDrs are listened to and that they play properly on my CD player. Most of the time i will also do this for CDrs from other distros. If there's a geniune problem with a NULLL CDr, i will replace it. If there's a problem with a distro CDr, i will contact the label/band that released and see if they can send a new copy. Sometimes i can fix the problem myself. If there's no solution at all you can get part of your payment back (minus p&p costs) if you send the damaged distro CDr back. There's no need to return NULLL CDrs.
6. AFTERMATH - you didn't get the CDs you ordered, then i will replace them. Some people try to score free CDs this way, but i keep all emails for a fair while so that won't work anymore as i can check what you originally ordered. Contact me as soon as possible if you suspect there is a problem. Sometimes i have people telling me the CDs are scratched. That's not NULLL's doing. I do not send out CDs with visible damage and i listen to every CD i send out as well. Such damage can not occur while in transport since the CD is in a case unless the package has been opened and someone tampered with the contents or the package has been seriously damaged. If i send out CDs without cases i also make sure they're packaged properly. If there's other damage to CDs, i might replace them - unless its an obvious lie to get another copy of the CD. I might request that you send the faulty CD back to me. Even tho i listen to every CDr i send out, it's possible the CDr might not play on your system. I use professional CDrs that are compatible with alot of CD players - if there are playback problems and there's no visual damage on the CD, please try to play the CD on another CD-player if possible.
Any other issues, please feel free to contact NULLL or post in here.
